Simon qualified as a real estate lawyer in 1996 and has worked for the leading real estate law firms Nabarro Nathanson in London and Weil Gotshal in Central and Eastern Europe.
He is based in Geneva and has had a chalet in the French Alps since 2003. He represents high net worth clients, family offices and institutional investors investing in residential and commercial real estate.
He has extensive knowledge of the Swiss property market (both commercial and residential) in Geneva and a well established European network.
In his spare time he enjoys playing tennis and skiing. He is raising money for the Red Cross fund in Geneva.

Candia moved to the French Alps in 2003 after nearly twenty years in investment banking in London. Since moving to France, Candia has developed several properties in the area and has an extensive knowledge of the local property market. She is very familiar with the notarial process and has a wide network of contacts in the region that she can call upon on for conducting searches.
Over the last 5 years she has been involved in 2 major renovation projects: Renovating a 350 sq metre farmhouse in Les Gets and a 400 sq metre Chateau in Samoens.
She also runs a high end bespoke furniture company and is experienced in both working with interior designers and designing her own properties with certain success in getting her product and her designs published in the interiors magazines.

Andrew trained as a master joiner/carpenter in the UK and ran his own general building company there for several years before relocating to France in 2007. He is experienced in all aspects of the building trade. He is registered as a tradesman in France and he has a wide range of local certified associates who work on specialist areas.
