Our search service package comprises the following steps:

1. Initial consultation by phone or in person in the area, in Geneva or, by special arrangement, in London. We will use this opportunity to discuss the sort of property you are seeking, what you wish to use it for and how you wish to exploit it. We will focus your ideas for location, size, condition, end use and, above all, budget. We will supply you with information on specific areas including prices, growth, accessibilities and amenities. If required, we will take you on an orientation day around the different resorts to get a taste of what appeals to you.

2. Having secured your agreement, with your retainer to conduct a thorough search according to your brief, we will look at all properties currently available both by working with local agents and using our own private contacts. From this activity we will produce a long-list of properties, all of which we will visit, photograph and write a report on. From the long-list, and following further consultation with you, we will produce a short-list of properties for you to visit. We commit to providing a short-list of at least five properties within four weeks of being commissioned to undertake the search.

3. At your convenience, we will arrange for you to see all short-listed properties. We will organise your visit, book airport transfers and hotels and any activities you wish to partake in whilst here. The visits may be scheduled over a period of one to three days and we will commit to accompanying you to all properties and looking after you during the schedule.

4. Once you have chosen a property, we will undertake negotiations on your behalf with the seller and/or their agent in order to secure it at the best possible price. If the seller does not have a preferred notaire, we will recommend ours.

5. We are able to liaise with a range of banking contacts to secure finance for your purchase. We will discuss with you various options and make the necessary introductions.
