Less than €1,000,000 we charge the greater of 1.2% of the purchase price or 12% of the saving negotiated between the documented asking price and the final purchase price.

For €1,000,000 to €3,000,000, we charge the greater of 1.0% of the purchase price or 12% of the saving negotiated between the documented asking price and the final purchase price.

For properties over €3,000,000 our fee structure is determined by negotiation.

We charge an initial retention fee of €1000, deductible from our success fee. We have a minimum fee of €6000.

Should you wish us to find a rental property for you, we charge one month’s rent.

On financing

We charge 1% of the loan amount.

On after sales service, design and build and rental management

We charge according to the service level required. Design and build can be determined either on a cost plus basis or on an hourly rate.
